The ring reproduces an anatomical skull, without the lower jaw. The anatomical reproduction is detailed and rich in elements: cheekbones, teeth, eye sockets.

The surfaces inside the eye sockets and nose are burnished to increase the sense of depth.

The outer surfaces, in contrast, are smooth and polished. The ring is made by master goldsmiths in Italy from 925 sterling silver. it is a piece of jewelry for men and women.
