The GSC are applicable to any purchase made through the website www.feelnopain.it (“Site”).

We advise you to read the General Terms and Conditions before ordering any product on the Website.

We remind you that the GSC, the Privacy Policy and the Conditions of Use govern the contractual relationship both with reference to the Site and with reference to the products sold through the Website itself.

Payments

Prices and Currency

The prices shown on the Website are invoiced in Euro and inclusive of VAT as per law and will be adjusted to the Italian legislation in force.

Items may be subject to price changes at any time and without notice, these changes will not be applicable to orders already placed and completed.

Any additional charge or tax will be appropriately highlighted on the product page of the item.

Payment Methods

The payment methods accepted by the site are:

  • Paypal / Credit Card

During the purchase, customers can enter their credit card details on a secure electronic banking system provided by Paypal itself.

If the funds on the card and the data are entered correctly, Paypal will immediately send a confirmation of the purchase and the related charge.

Shipping

Shipping Day

Orders will be sent from Feelnopain.it, Mantova, on working days (excluding holidays) from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on the remaining days will be processed on the first delivery date.

Tracking (tracking code)

Once the order is sent, Feelnopain.it will send the customer an email containing the tracking code of his shipment.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Below is a list of the main shipping methods and costs:

  • Standard UPS or similar courier (depending on availability) with delivery within 2/3 working days from the day of shipment.

Shipping costs in Italy and Europe are 10 euros (VAT included) for orders less than 100 euros. For orders over 100 euros shipping is free.

If the order exceeds 100 euros you will see the corresponding free shipping icon during the completion of the payment.

The Free order will also be shipped via UPS or similar courier.

Failure to deliver the Product

FeelNoPain can not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product as deliveries are made by external services to our company. In any case, the Customer can request a refund within 30 working days from non-delivery and after our due verification with the reference Courier.

Order Status

Customers can obtain information on the status of their order by sending an email to [email protected], indicating their purchase reference code.

Once the order has been processed, it can not be canceled, or combined with any new purchases.

Product to be returned

If for any reason the Customer was not satisfied with his purchase or found defects of form, the items can be returned no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.

To request a refund or replacement send an email to [email protected] and once obtained confirmation from the Department of Returns you will be instructed on how to carry out the procedure. (or even by registered letter)

The products must not have been worn and must be returned in their original packaging, with labels.

Return costs will always be charged to the customer and can use any desired method.

Reimbursement will be made once the product has been received in our office and all the parameters described before have been checked.

Articles and Images Online

FeelNoPain declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site have slight differences compared to the original ones.

The images on the FeelNoPain.it website are owned by FeelNoPain. Any use of such images, not authorized by a written consent by FeelNoPain, will be prosecuted according to law.

It is possible that designers decide to make changes to jewel in production or even decide not to produce them. In the event that the item is not produced or that there are discrepancies between the items represented in the images on the site at the time the customer places the order and the actual boss sent, FeelNoPain.it will contact the customer to get express approving the changes and proceeding with the shipment or cancel the order and provide a refund.

Commercial Policy

FeelNoPain has the right to refuse an order if Banca Intesa San Paolo is unable to receive a verification from the Client’s bank.

FeelNoPain has the right to refuse orders or to refuse the provision of services to anyone at any time.

Final Customer
